We will help you access your data destruction and electronics recycling needs for free. We need to know:

• Quantity and models of equipment
• Your time frame and deadlines
• Detailed specs for equipment if possible
• Download our free template to ensure an accurate quote

Expect a processing time of two business days at most.

Master Agreement

Finalize and approve a formal quote with a detailed project rundown. Sign a Master Service Agreement for ongoing services and breakdown of all the work.

Scheduling & Collection

Just give us a call to schedule the pick-up and we will work with your team to uninstall, pack, load and ship. We assume all the responsibility in handling and shipping your assets so you don't have to worry about loss to damage or mishandling.

Equipment Processing

Each equipment and asset is received, tested, and processed with a unique serial number. Equipment is prepared for proper recycling, destruction or remarketing.

Reporting

We will supply clients with serialized reports, identifying each individual system, the sanitation or destruction date, and confirmation the service was rendered and complete.
